SCOPE OF SERVICES
926A T&T scope of services is limited only to: (1) Assessment of the required documents, Assistance with the details to be provided on the application form,(2) Processing in the Embassies, (3) Assistance in biometrics scheduling (if required), (3) Consultation (mock interview excluded) and (4) Remit the visa fee (should it be included) to the respective application center.
926A T&T scope of services on travel insurance, tour related agenda like hotel reservations and tour bookings, as well as ticketing of airlines will only as a third party provider. Such policies of the actual provider will be followed accordingly together with the defined terms and conditions set by 926A T&T on the travel voucher.
PAYMENT TERMS
Only applications that are fully paid by the client shall be processed within an estimate of 7 business days. All payments shall be deposited/ transferred/ settled to or through: Bank details of the 926A T&T, Bank details of Alecx Jherna Rumbaoa and or Cash / Credit Card basis in the office.
REFUND POLICY
A refund does not apply once service (consultation, and or processing) is provided. The SECOND PARTY cannot use the term, “No Return, No Exchange” because of a change of mind. This is in accordance with RA #7394 IRR of RA Consumer Act of the Philippines.

DATA PRIVACY
The visa applicant confirms personal information provided shall be disposed in accordance with the precepts of the DPA 2012 and be retained up to the period permitted by law.
926A T&T will take reasonable measures to maintain secure internet connections, should you provide it online through our website or email with the provision that the information is at your own risk.
The visa applicant gives consent and agrees that 926A T&T can collect, use, retain the data until there is a legal necessity to remove the information relative to its intended purpose, to disclose, and to process the personal information, necessary and incidental to the service availed by the visa applicant.
The visa applicant is advised to make a copy of all their documents after the visa application.
The visa applicant agrees that all portraits, videos, profiles, media content, blog posts, captions and other promotional materials that might have featured the visa applicant are the copyright/ intellectual property of the company and that the visa applicant allows the 926A T&T to use such for whatever legal purpose it may serve. The visa applicant allows any portraits or appearances during the media content, marketing / promotional materials does not need express approval or consent considering that visa applicant have been advised of the participation, collection and or processing of the same for its intended purpose.
For all social media platforms of 926A T&T, no copyright infringement intended for public posts including but not limited to shared and reuploaded posts, pictures, reels, music and videos belong to its rightful owners.

The client acknowledges and agrees to the contract in his or her free act and or voluntary deed once availing of our service(s).
